2. Services

OnSpot Office provides GST compliance services including:

• GST registration assistance
• Monthly and annual GST return filing
• TCS reconciliation services
• Accounting and bookkeeping services
• GST consultancy and support

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Submit all required documents and data in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are charged as per the selected plan. Payment terms:

• Full payment is required upfront yearly

5. Service Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and data. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• Client may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
• We may terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
• No refunds will be provided for partial months

8. Limitation of Liability

OnSpot Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
