Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Services

For our monthly subscription plans (Basic Compliance, Smart Seller, Elite Seller):

• No refunds are provided for partial months
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Services will continue until the end of the paid period

2. GST Registration Services

For one-time GST registration services:

• Full refund if we haven't started processing your application
• 50% refund if application is in progress but not yet submitted
• No refund once application is submitted to government authorities
• Government fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

3. Service Dissatisfaction

If you're not satisfied with our services:

• Contact us within 7 days of service delivery
• We'll work to resolve your concerns
• If unresolved, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion
• Refund requests must include specific reasons for dissatisfaction

4. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once processed
• Bank processing time may vary (3-5 business days additional)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Government filing fees and penalties
• Services already delivered or completed
• Consultation fees (unless service was not provided)
• Third-party charges or marketplace fees

6. Service Errors

If we make an error in our services that results in penalties or additional costs, we will work to correct the error at no additional charge. In cases where correction is not possible, we may provide compensation on a case-by-case basis.

7. How to Request a Refund

• Include your order/invoice number
• Provide detailed reason for refund request
• We will review and respond within 3 business days
